Integrated Energy Therapy®
Integrated Energy Therapy is fun and easy to learn. It is a powerful self-healing technique and can be used to facilitate the treatment of clients. IET can be used as a stand-alone therapy technique or incorporated as a powerful addition to other techniques such as Reiki and Therapeutic Massage. John teaches the Basic, Intermediate and Advanced levels of IET, each as a stand-alone complete one-day class (typically running from 9:30 am to 5:30pm or together (Basic & Int & Adv) as part of a 2.5-day “Intensive” class allowing an accelerated format. For each class you will receive an energy attunement, a fully illustrated Integrated Energy Therapy® Guide and an official Integrated Energy Therapy® Certificate.
Reiki Training
Reiki
Everyone can learn Reiki, no medical background is necessary and it’s an excellent practical way of maintaining your health and well-being. Whether you wish to learn it to use on yourself and family or whether you want to learn Reiki professionally and become a Reiki Practitioner or Reiki Teacher, there is only one thing to remember and that’s do not learn Reiki unless you are open to changes in your life, it is a powerful yet subtle modality. John teaches Reiki Levels 1, 2 and 3 (Reiki Master) each as a stand-alone complete two-day class (typically running from 9:30 am to 5:30pm on Saturday and Sunday). For each class you will receive an energy attunement, a fully illustrated Choice Healing Reiki Manual and a Certificate.
